As we left the lagoon this morning, we passed by two interesting items, the first was the numerous platforms built for nesting Ospreys.  They were only about 10 feet off the ground. We are assuming that the height is related to the wind storms that occur. Every platform had a nesting bird. The second was the piles of pen shells that were piled as far as one could see. One hopes that they are doing a sustaining harvest. Now it is time to head back to Coyote Bay and prepare for our upcoming NOLS course.
